<p>No sunrise on Salt Spring this morning. But it seems the Fernwood Dock area always provides a photo opportunity. Especially if you&#8217;re willing to get your feet wet.</p>
<p>I liked the look of these crusty rocks, but it meant wading into the chuck to get the shot. A very low ISO and very small aperture allowed for a long shutter speed. Which in turn gave the water a creamy look. And of course winter clouds are often magnificent.</p>
